Querétaro will be even safer in 2023
The state’s security complex, being built on Avenida 5 de Febrero, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2023 and will include the installation of 50,000 alarms in the most vulnerable areas, said Governor Mauricio Kuri. The governor informed that the installation of security arches on the state’s borders is 80% complete.
In addition, drones are already in use in the 18 municipalities, so he confirmed that they are on schedule and are making all the improvements in security technology.
Security is one of the guiding principles and priorities of the government of Kuri Gonzalez, which is why he announced a historic investment in this area during his swearing-in ceremony to ensure the integrity of the people of Querétaro.
In addition, work is underway with all security forces in the country to unify strategies. One of the most important strategies is the promotion of citizen policing, which was agreed upon at the third meeting of the Security Council a few days ago.
