Mexican economy to grow by at least 3.5% until 2024
Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador estimated on Sunday that the local economy, the second largest in Latin America, will grow by at least 3.5% in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Mexico was the country that registered the highest growth in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the third quarter of 2022 among the member countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). According to figures published by the organization, Mexico grew 1.8%, followed by Colombia with 1.6% and Norway with 1.5%.
Mexico’s Gross Domestic Product grew 4.3% annually in the third quarter of 2022, according to updated data from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography.
