Practice Seminar Mexico 2018

Our practice seminar with focus on accounting and law in Mexico took place on 10 July 2018 in Stuttgart, Germany.

Thomas Wagner (Founder & Managing Director WMP Mexico Advisors) and Simone Koch (Partner) gave an insight on general framework conditions of the Mexican market, Mexican annual accounts, transfer prices and requirements for transactions between companies, as well as the electronic invoice system to professional and managerial staff with subsidiaries in Mexico.

With the aim to optimize their activities in Mexico, the participants learned pragmatic approaches and solutions in order to minimize the total tax burden, correctly apply accounting provisions and correctly assess legislative amendments.
