Chambers of Commerce

Chambers of commerce are non-profit entities whose purpose is to boost productivity, innovation and employment generation, as well as to promote the commercial interests of companies and entrepreneurial ideas.

 

They become the voice of businesses before authorities, governments and other organizations. They advocate for competitiveness, promotion and trade. Close collaboration between chambers is of utmost importance as they form a substantial economic movement network for the country.

 

Establishing alliances becomes their greatest characteristic, as they become a bridge to expand markets and a space for the development of business skills through training programs ranging from business management to technology and human resources.

 

The Business Coordinating Council (CCE) currently groups 14 business organizations: Confederation of Industrial Chambers of the United Mexican States (Concamin); Confederation of National Chambers of Commerce, Services and Tourism (Concanaco Servytur); Employers’ Confederation of the Mexican Republic (Coparmex); Association of Banks of Mexico; Mexican Business Council; National Agricultural Council; Mexican Association of Insurance Institutions; Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Mexico City; National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (Canacintra); Mexican Association of Insurance Institutions; Mexican Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Mexico City; Mexican Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of the City of Mexico; Mexican Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Mexico City; Mexican Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Mexico City; Mexican Chamber of Industry of the Transformation Industry of Mexico City; Mexican Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Mexico City; Mexican Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Mexico City. Canacintra; Mexican Association of Stock Market Institutions (AMIB); Mexican Business Council for Foreign Trade, Investment and Technology (Comce); National Association of Self-Service and Department Stores (ANTAD); CAINTRA Nuevo León; and the Mexican Association of Retirement Fund Administrators (Amafore).

 

Chambers of commerce play an indispensable role in the country’s economic development. Their impact makes a difference and their results are a reflection of a nation’s healthy development.
